Emeline Dukic

Social Enterprise Support Manager

Emeline Dukic is the Social Enterprise Support Manager at PSI-Europe, where she leads the support component for social enterprises within the Sang pour Sang program.

Emeline joined PSI in 2025. She holds an MSc in Management from Emlyon business school, where she specialized in social entrepreneurship. She brings experience as a sustainability consultant and project manager in the NGO sector.

Prior to joining PSI, Emeline worked with Young Water Solutions, where she managed ideation, incubation, and pre-acceleration programs in Bangladesh, South and West Africa, supporting 25 WASH (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) enterprises in their growth and impact strategies. She also worked with Epic Foundation, where she oversaw the selection and support of high-impact NGOs through grant-making and performance monitoring.

At PSI-Europe, Emeline contributes her expertise to advancing social entrepreneurship as a lever for improved menstrual health and hygiene, and supports the organization's broader efforts to promote equitable access to health services.
