Madeleine Moore

Consultant

Madeleine Moore is an advisor and technical expert for PSI-Europe who specializes in using creative and user-centered approaches to designing programs.

Madeleine has been working with PSI-Europe since 2020 (and with PSI in various capacities since 2011) and supports a range of functions from program design to strategic communications and advocacy. With operational expertise in adolescent reproductive health and rights, Madeleine works closely with PSI country teams and provides technical support to menstrual health programs within the PSI network to help them deliver consumer-powered care. Madeleine supports PSI-Europe’s advocacy efforts to shift policies and funding for menstrual health, an under-resourced and under-prioritized health area. Madeleine has over ten years of experience working on global health programs and spent over five of those years living and working in East and Southern Africa.

Madeleine holds a dual-BA in International Relations and Hispanic Studies from Boston College (USA).
